 Accused named in Pervez Musharraf attack case murder investigation officer acquitted


Islamabad: The Supreme Court has acquitted the named accused in the murder of the investigating officer of the Pervez Musharraf attack case.

According to the details, the Supreme Court heard the case related to the murder of the investigating officer of the Pervez Musharraf attack case.

A 3-member bench headed by Justice Jamal Mandukhel heard the case, Justice Ayesha Malik and Justice Malik Shahzad Ahmed were part of the 3-member bench.

Advocate Adil Aziz Qazi appeared on the side of the accused, the court acquitted the accused of murdering the investigating officer of Parvez Musharraf attack case.

A 3-member bench of the Supreme Court acquitted the accused in a ratio of two to one. Justice Ayesha Malik disagreed with the decision.

One of the four accused, accused Eid Muhammad, died in prison while the court acquitted accused Arshad Sati, Tahir Abbasi and Younis.

It should be remembered that Inspector Raja Saqlain, who investigated the Pervez Musharraf attack case, was killed in Rawalpindi in 2004.
