Unidentified persons stormed the polling station of Jhang provincial constituency PP 127 and ran away with the ballot box.

During the polling in Jhang, armed men stormed the polling station and took away the ballot boxes, while the presiding officer was also tortured by the armed men.

On receiving the information of the commotion, the District Returning Officer and a heavy contingent of police reached the polling station. The presiding officer said that the supporters of the independent candidate's party had taken away the ballot boxes and there were more than 500 vote slips in the box.
