Russian Drone Hits NATO Territory, Romania Weighs Emergency Alliance Response

At the same time, Ukraine says Russian forces also struck a Turkish-owned cargo vessel in the Black Sea, raising fears that commercial shipping routes are becoming increasingly vulnerable as the conflict widens.
