Washington, D.C.: Melania Trump on Thursday delivered a rare and unexpected public statement, firmly denying any connection to disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein and rejecting allegations circulating online.

Speaking at the White House, Melania Trump said she had no knowledge of Epstein’s criminal activities and dismissed claims linking her to the case as “completely false.”

“The lies linking me with the disgraceful Jeffrey Epstein need to end today,” she said. “These claims are untrue and harmful.”

The First Lady emphasized that she had never been involved with Epstein in any capacity and rejected speculation suggesting otherwise.

“I am not Epstein’s victim. Epstein did not introduce me to Donald Trump,” she stated.

Melania Trump also addressed what she described as “fake images and statements” circulating on social media, warning the public against believing unverified content.

“Be cautious about what you believe — these images and stories are completely false.”

The statement comes amid renewed attention on Epstein-related controversies, which have continued to surface years after his death in 2019 while awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges.

The First Lady further urged US lawmakers to hold public hearings for survivors of Epstein’s abuse, calling for victims to be given the opportunity to testify under oath.

Despite past photographs showing Donald and Melania Trump in social settings where Epstein was present, both have repeatedly denied any involvement in his criminal activities.

Melania Trump’s remarks mark a rare public intervention, as she has largely maintained a low profile and seldom addresses media speculation directly.
