High Court order to arrest the father who snatched two and a half year old girl from her mother after divorce
The Islamabad High Court has ordered the arrest of the father who snatched the two-and-a-half-year-old girl from her mother after the divorce and produced her on August 5.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiani of Islamabad High Court issued orders on the request of the girl's mother. The mother told the court that my daughter and I left the house and the ex-husband took the baby girl and ran away. It has been three months and the baby girl has not been found yet.
The court ordered that Afzal Mahmood should be arrested and produced wherever he is found and the girl should be recovered under any circumstances. The court said that it is not just a husband and wife, it is a girl's problem, the man who did this should be ashamed.
Islamabad High Court has issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for the father who snatched the girl from her mother.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till Monday, August 5.
