Ukraine's Nationalist Ex-Member of the Assembly Killed
Ukrainian nationalist former MP Irina Farion was shot dead.
According to the report of the British Broadcasting Corporation, Irina Farion was shot and killed in the western city of Lviv, Ukraine.
Irina Faryon made headlines in 2023 when she said in a statement that true Ukrainian nationalists should not speak Russian under any circumstances.
The police are fearing that the 60-year-old professor was targeted and killed, but the incident is being investigated from every aspect.
The police say that the killer of the former member of parliament could not be identified because when the incident took place, the electricity supply was suspended in the area due to which the CCTV cameras were not working.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky condemned the murder of Professor Irina Farion and said that whoever committed this act will be severely punished.
