In Muzaffargarh, a case of terrorism has been registered against Member of National Assembly Jamshed Dasti in Thana City.

In the complaint filed by the sub-inspector of the elite force, it is said that the police had gone to Zafar Colony for snap checking during Muharram.

In the case, it was said that during the checking, Jamshed Dasti and his companions stopped the police, tried to snatch weapons and opened fire on the police party, after which Jamshed Dasti and his companions escaped.

Earlier, Jamshed Dasti had alleged in a video statement on Wednesday that 25 people attacked his house.
