The Prime Minister of Pakistan Shahbaz Sharif has said that the Palestinian state should be established with Al-Quds as its capital.
Addressing the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit and the SEO Plus Summit, the Prime Minister took a blunt stance on the situation in Palestine, saying that the long-standing conflict should be resolved in accordance with the United Nations resolutions.
He said that Pakistan is in favor of a bilateral solution on the lines of pre-1967 borders, when 2 million Palestinians were displaced by Israel.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif vigorously fought the case of Gaza, he said that Israel is breaking mountains of cruelty in Gaza, committing war crimes.
Shahbaz Sharif, while giving a statement at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization meeting, said that the international community should speed up the efforts for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, and the international community should speed up the efforts for humanitarian aid to reach Gaza.
He insisted on making Israel responsible and bringing it to justice, saying that Israel is involved in the genocide of Palestinians, and the International Court of Justice has declared the brutal acts as genocide.
The Prime Minister of Pakistan said that nearly 37 thousand innocent people have been martyred in Palestine, most of the martyrs of Palestine are women and children.
