Julian Assange, who was first arrested in Britain in 2010 under a European Arrest Warrant at the request of Sweden, will appear in the Federal Court of the Mariana Islands to plead guilty to charges under the Espionage Act.
Assange will not be sentenced further due to an agreement with the US Department of Justice.
