The PML-N candidates will be Shehbaz Sharif, Khawaja Asif
Pakistan Muslim League-N leader and former federal minister Khawaja Asif has said that Nawaz Sharif will not be the prime minister.
In one of his statements, former Defense Minister Khawaja Asif expressed his opinion regarding government formation. He said that Shehbaz Sharif will be PML-N's candidate for the post of Prime Minister.
Khawaja Asif said that the leader of Muslim League-N Nawaz Sharif will not be a candidate for the Prime Ministership.
On the other hand, PML-N Spokesperson Maryam Aurangzeb has denied this and said that PML-N has not taken any decision for the Prime Ministerial candidate so far. PML-N is in consultation with its allies, after which the party will take a final decision.
Maryam Aurangzeb added that it could be Khawaja Asif's personal wish or opinion but the party leadership did not take any such decision.
