No guidelines given to shut down mobile internet on election day: Caretaker Information Minister
Custodian Federal Minister for Information Murtaza Solangi has said that no guidelines have been given by the government to stop mobile phones and internet on the occasion of elections.
In a statement, the caretaker information minister said that fake news, fake news and propaganda are spread on social media, security is a serious problem, Pakistan's determination to fight against terrorism has not decreased. He said that Pakistan is difficult and tough. Elections have been held even in the worst of circumstances, voting is a requirement of patriotism, the people of Pakistan and the elected parliament will decide the political and democratic future of Pakistan.
