Tosha Khana, 190 million pounds case, Imran Khan approaches Islamabad High Court for bail
PTI founder Imran Khan filed bail applications in the Tosha Khana and £190 million corruption cases.
The former PTI chairman has filed separate applications for bail in the Islamabad High Court in both the cases. National NAB, DG NAB, Investigating Officer have been made parties in the application, and it has been decided that bail should be granted till the trial of the case is completed and till the final decision.
In the petition of founder chairman PTI, it is said that the cases against me are based on political revenge and malice. Former Chairman NAB Aftab Sultan refused to make political cases despite pressure.
It should be noted that the accountability court rejected Imran Khan's bail in both the cases after his arrest.
