According to ISPR, issues of mutual interest were discussed in the meeting between Army Chief General Asim Munir and China's Deputy Foreign Minister Hun Wei Wing, and the meeting also considered increasing cooperation in the defense sector.
The Chinese Vice Foreign Minister said that Pakistan and China are tried and tested important partners, Pakistan's efforts for regional peace and stability are commendable, security arrangements for He-Peak projects are satisfactory.
