Statement against Judiciary, Mons Elahi on February 5, FIA summons
An inquiry was started on the statement of former federal minister and Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Monis Elahi against the judiciary.
The FIA Cyber Crime Wing issued a notice to Mons Elahi and summoned him in person on February 5.
The FIA says that on non-appearance it will be deemed that there is nothing to state in defence, the state can proceed with legal proceedings based on the evidence on record.
FI said that Monis Elahi had issued a statement against the judiciary on social media on January 15.
