Saudi Arabia, decision to introduce 5 new categories for unique residence
The head of Saudi Arabia's Unique Iqama Center, Dr. Majid bin Abdullah al-Qasabi, has said that 5 new categories of unique Iqama are being introduced.

According to Arab media, in a statement, he said that new categories are being introduced to make the country the center of global attention and the vision of Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman.
The first of the 5 new categories will be for exceptional performers who have demonstrated exceptional performance in editorial, health, academic or research fields.
The second category will be based on talent and will consist of those who are able to show exceptional talent in cultural or sports or any field.
The third category will be for investors, the fourth for commercial and the fifth for ownership of immovable property.
