Rain and snowfall in Balochistan increased the intensity of cold
In Balochistan, the intensity of cold increased due to rain and snow.
According to reports, 5 inches of snow has fallen in Ziyarat city and 8 inches on the mountains, while snowfall was also recorded in Kan Mehtarzai, Toba Achakzai due to which the severity of the cold increased and normal life was affected.
Snow removal work has been started by the authorities.
More rain has been predicted in North-Eastern and Sahil regions after which the NDMA has issued an alert.
Apart from this, cold weather increased due to rain in various cities including Khairpur, Jacobabad, Sindh.
On the other hand, cold winds are prevailing in Karachi, the minimum temperature is likely to be 13 degrees.
