Pakistan's decision to end tensions with Iran, restore diplomatic relations

A meeting of the Federal Cabinet was held under the chairmanship of Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar Haq Kakar in which the decisions of the National Security Committee were ratified.



Sources say that Pakistan has decided to end the recent tension with Iran, in the federal cabinet meeting, approval was given to restore diplomatic relations with Iran.

The caretaker foreign minister gave a briefing in the cabinet meeting, the caretaker foreign minister said that Iran wants to end the recent tension.


The federal cabinet says that Pakistan does not want tension with neighboring countries, we do not want relations with Iran to deteriorate.

Apart from this, the announcement of the meeting of the federal cabinet chaired by caretaker Prime Minister Anwar Haq Kakar has been issued.


The statement said that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed about the situation arising from the Iranian attack on Pakistan, the details of the attack as well as Pakistan's response were also reviewed in the meeting.


Appreciating the high professionalism of the Pakistan Army for responding to the violation of the country's sovereignty, the caretaker prime minister said that Pakistan is a law-abiding and peace-loving country.
