Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has added another major honor to his growing list of achievements, winning the NBA’s Clutch Player of the Year award in a commanding fashion.

The Oklahoma City Thunder guard received 96 out of 100 first-place votes, making him the clear and nearly unanimous choice for the award.

Jamal Murray of the Denver Nuggets finished second, narrowly edging out Anthony Edwards of the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Speaking after the announcement, Gilgeous-Alexander emphasized the importance of performing under pressure and contributing to team success in crucial moments.

The award recognizes players who consistently deliver in late-game situations, and this season, Gilgeous-Alexander stood out for his ability to lead his team in high-pressure scenarios.

The honor adds to what has already been an outstanding season for the guard, who is also considered a strong contender for another Most Valuable Player award and is expected to secure another All-NBA selection.

Despite not meeting the eligibility threshold for some major awards, Edwards remained in contention for the Clutch Player award, highlighting his impact in key moments throughout the season.
