NAB Sindh freezes term deposits of Bahria Town Karachi in various banks

Frozen deposits, registered under Bahria Town and an individual, are reportedly worth billions of rupees

National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Sindh has frozen multiple term deposits linked to Bahria Town Karachi in various banks.

According to NAB Sindh, Director General NAB Karachi, Javed Akbar Riaz, issued formal orders to freeze 655 Term Deposit Receipts (TDRs).

The frozen deposits, registered under Bahria Town and an individual, are reportedly worth billions of rupees.

The action marks a crucial step in the ongoing investigation against Bahria Town Karachi.
