Hit by a cooking oil tanker trailer in Rahim Yar Khan, citizens started filling oil with bags
A cooking oil tanker collided with a trailer in Rahim Yar Khan. As the oil spilled onto the road, a large number of local residents took vessels and shoppers to collect the oil.
According to the Motorway Police, a cooking oil tanker and a trailer collided on Zahir Pir National Highway in Rahim Yar Khan due to which cooking oil started flowing on the road.
After the collision, the residents of the area started collecting oil in pots and containers.
According to the Motorway Police, there is a risk of fire due to the cooking oil flowing on the road, people are being evacuated, an alternative tanker has been requested to transfer the cooking oil, and rescue operations are underway.
