Pakistani actress and host Jagan Kazim has revealed that she was abused by her husband in her first marriage.
Jagan Kazim recently participated in a podcast where he talked about his first marriage and revealed the story of the violence that happened to him.
The actress said that she had a marriage of choice and her husband had raised his hand in the third week of marriage. The series of physical abuse and violence continued for one and a half years.
Jagan Kazim said that the first warning signs should never be ignored, it all starts with abuse and when the husband raises his hand for the first time, you have to decide, I could have decided but I was a fool.
Continuing her speech, she said that during this time Noor Makhdoom's case was going on, my family used to talk about it but I kept quiet because I didn't want to go viral but it was a very scary time for me. I thought that I would be treated in the same way, which later happened to Noor Makhdoom.
The actress said that I was 7 months pregnant when my ex-husband tortured me and threw me out of the house in torn clothes.
He added that my son Hamza has been brought up by my second husband Faisal.
It should be noted that actress Jagan Kazim got married for the second time in 2013 with Faisal Naqvi.
