 The detailed schedule of ICC Champions Trophy to be held in Pakistan next year has been revealed


The proposed schedule for next year's ICC Champions Trophy in Pakistan has come out.

According to sources, PCB had announced the dates of the Champions Trophy last week, according to which the event was announced to be held in Pakistan from February 19 to March 9.

It has already been reported in the media that the India-Pakistan match on March 1 and all India's group matches will be held in Lahore.

 However, according to sources, the detailed schedule of the Champions Trophy has now come to light before the ICC announcement.

According to the proposed schedule, Pakistan, India, New Zealand and Bangladesh are included in Group A while Australia, England, South Africa and Afghanistan are included in Group B.

The host Pakistan team will play group matches in three venues Lahore, Karachi and Rawalpindi.

The inaugural match of the Champions Trophy will be played between Pakistan and New Zealand on February 19 in Karachi. On February 20, the teams of India and Bangladesh will face each other in Lahore.

Afghanistan and South Africa will play a match in Karachi on February 21, Australia and England will compete in Lahore on February 22.

India and New Zealand will play a match in Lahore on February 23, Pakistan and Bangladesh will play a match in Rawalpindi on February 24.

On February 25, Lahore will host the match between Afghanistan and England, on February 26, Rawalpindi will host the match between Australia and South Africa.

On February 27, Bangladesh and New Zealand will play a match in Lahore, on February 28, the teams of Afghanistan and Australia will play a match in Rawalpindi, while on March 1, the match between the teams of Pakistan and India will be held in Lahore.

South Africa and England match will be played in Rawalpindi on March 2.

The first semi-final will be held in Karachi on March 5, while the second semi-final will be held in Rawalpindi on March 6. The Champions Trophy final will be held in Lahore on March 9.
