The Anti-Terrorism Court of Islamabad has issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur.

According to the court, Ali Amin Gandapur did not appear in the hearings after April 2024. A case has been registered in the I-Nine police station in the context of protest against the decision of the Election Commission in October 2022.
It should be noted that a case was registered for vandalism during the protest against the disqualification of PTI founder Imran Khan by the Election Commission.
