Several people died in suicide attacks by women in Nigeria
At least 18 people have been killed and dozens injured in a suicide attack on a wedding, funeral and hospital in Nigeria.
According to the authorities, female suicide bombers carried out various attacks in Gwaza town. The woman who committed suicide at her wedding also had a child in her arms.
Among the dead are children and pregnant women. The army has imposed a curfew in the state and tightened security measures.
No organization or group has claimed responsibility for the attacks so far.
According to Seidu's report, 19 people have been transferred to the regional capital Maiduguri as "severely injured" while another 23 are awaiting evacuation.
A member of the militia supporting the army in Gwaza reported that two of his colleagues and a soldier were killed in a separate attack on a security post, although officials did not immediately confirm the number.
