 Order to submit a report on the application against making serious cases against Imran Khan

 


The Lahore High Court ordered to submit a report on the petition against making serious cases against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder Imran Khan.

A two-member bench headed by Justice Miss Alia Neelum of Lahore High Court heard the petition of Imran Khan, Advocate Latif Khosa appeared in the court on behalf of the petitioner.

During the hearing, the court asked the lawyer of the petitioner that you have been provided with all the information? On which Advocate Latif Khosa said that the information has not been provided yet.

The government lawyer told the court that the meeting has taken place but it has not been signed yet, it will take two to three days.

Later, the court adjourned further hearing till June 27 on the petition against the Punjab government's decision to file serious cases against PTI founder Imran Khan.
