The National Assembly has approved a resolution condemning the violent incidents against the minorities and weaker sections in different parts of the country and demanded necessary steps from the federal and provincial governments to ensure the protection of the religious minorities and other weaker sections of the country. In the National Assembly session on Sunday, Federal Law Minister Azam Nazir Tarar sought permission from the chair to suspend the rules and submit a resolution.
In the text of the resolution, it is said that the sanctity and protection of human life has been given priority in the Constitution of Pakistan, every citizen of the country will be treated according to the law. This House takes serious notice of the killing of the accused by the mob in Swat and Sargodha. As such incidents have increased in recent times, this House condemns such horrific and tragic incidents, such incidents are not acceptable in any civilized society. This House strongly demands the Federal and Provincial Governments. In order to ensure the protection of religious minorities and other vulnerable sections of the country, this House demands the governments of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab to take necessary measures for the identification, immediate arrest, investigation and prosecution of those involved in such incidents in accordance with the relevant laws. Take steps, the House expects the courts to ensure speedy justice in such cases.
Opposition Protests The Law Minister said that he had consulted Shandana Gulzar and Barrister Gohar regarding the text of the resolution. have taken place, there is no objection in the resolution, we have shared the draft with the opposition. The country is laughing because of such incidents. Do politics, demand the release of your leader, but do not do it at the cost of the oppressed people of the country. We do not want to bulldoze anything. The opposition asked that the resolution should be general, which we accepted. Wherever there is a government, it has been demanded that there should be protection of minorities and the writ of the state.

He said that the defense minister has talked about taking the opposition into confidence on the operation of stability. were also participants, they did not object to it. Earlier, Barrister Gohar said on the point of objection that we want the House to be taken into confidence before any operation, the military leadership has come to the Senate and this House before. He said that the responsibility of the accused of contempt should be taken by the federal government because FIA and other federal agencies are involved in the investigation process.
