2 Facilitators Arrested for Running Illegal Truck Base to Fund Terrorists
2 Facilitators of the outlawed TTP were arrested for running an illegal truck base in Shahr Quaid.
According to the CTD spokesman, two facilitators of the outlawed TTP were arrested during an operation in Sohrab Goth area of Karachi.
The government of Sindh had also notified in the fourth schedule about the facilitation of terrorists, a large amount of funding for terrorism was recovered from the possession of the accused Hasan Gul Mehsud and Bashir, the accused used modern weapons on the instructions of Amir banned organization TTP. This weapon was purchased with Rs.160,000 received from the funding.
2 9 mm pistols were recovered on the identification of the accused, the accused were running an illegal truck base at the supermarket area of Gulzar Hijri police station, and were financing the terrorists of the banned organization with the profits from the base.
Cases of terror funding and weapons have been registered against the accused in police station CTD Karachi.
