The election of Rawalpindi division should be declared null and void by investigating the commissioner's statement, Barrister Gauhar
Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Barrister Gohar has said that it is the responsibility of the Election Commission to conduct elections, the statement of Commissioner Rawalpindi should be investigated.
He said that it was also in our petition that the appointments should be from the judiciary instead of the bureaucracy, as per form 45 our candidates were winning, in form 47 our candidates were defeated.
Barrister Gohar said that Commissioner Rawalpindi's statement is very serious. If the Commissioner defeated the winners, tell me who was the winner? .
He further said that the whole Pandora's box will have to be opened if we go for a new election, the results should be declared in accordance with Form 45, the election in Rawalpindi division should be declared null and void.
