Saudi Arabia has lifted the 3-year ban on exit re-entry visas for non-returnees.
In a statement released by the Saudi Passport Department, it has been said that the three-year ban imposed on all such workers who could not return to Saudi Arabia by violating the exit re-entry has been lifted.
Officials at airports, seaports and border check posts have been informed in writing, the decision to lift the ban has been implemented from January 16.
The passport department added that with the lifting of the ban, return on a new employment visa is possible, old employer's visa is not required, new employer's visa can also come and return on old employer's new visa is also allowed.
