Election Commission is a constitutional body, Supreme Court cannot interfere

A 3-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faiz Isa heard the case directly. Election Commission lawyer Makhdoom Ali Khan and the legal team were present in the court room, PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan, lawyer Hamid Khan, lawyer Shoaib Shaheen, Chief Election Commissioner PTI Niazullah Niazi were also present in the court room. Later, Makhdoom Ali Khan read out the decision to return the bat sign, after which PTI's lawyer Hamid Khan took the stand that we had not received any notice. The Chief Justice remarked that I have not even read the file of the case, he asked Hamid Khan when will you be ready for the case?
