As the Gaza war escalates in the region, Antony Blanken arrives in Qatar after Jordan
In view of the growing effects of the Gaza war in the region, US Secretary of State Anthony Blanken arrived in Qatar after his visit to Jordan in the Middle East.
The US Secretary of State met with Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the current situation in the region was discussed in the meeting. Earlier, Antony Blanken met with King Abdullah in Jordan. Warned of 'catastrophic consequences' of continued war in Gaza and called for an immediate ceasefire.
Blankenship also met Turkish President Erdogan and his Turkish counterpart in Istanbul yesterday and discussed the regional situation and issues of mutual interest.
