2 explosions near the tomb of Qassem Soleimani in Iran, 188 people died
188 people were killed and more than 171 injured in 2 explosions near the tomb of former General Qassem Soleimani in the city of Kerman, Iran.
According to Iranian media, on the occasion of the fourth anniversary of former Iranian commander General Qassem Soleimani, two bags filled with explosives were placed at the entrance of the cemetery near his tomb.
Iranian media say that thousands of people were present in the tomb on the occasion of Qassem Soleimani's anniversary, 188 people were killed and more than 171 were injured in the explosions.
According to Iranian media, the security authorities are investigating the situation. Iran has declared mourning day on Thursday.
